We provide comfortable, flexible and safe accommodation suitable for NDIS Short Term Accommodation (STA), respite stays and supported holidays.
Our park offers quiet natural surroundings and dedicated options for support workers. We work closely with support coordinators, plan managers and disability organisations to ensure every stay is smooth, safe and compliant with NDIS requirements.
What We Offer for NDIS Participants
We provide a supportive, low‑stress environment ideal for respite and short stays.
Our NDIS‑friendly offering includes:
Accommodation‑only pricing aligned with STA requirements
Stunning, nature‑based environment
Options for support workers
Ability to accommodate last‑minute bookings
Safe, well‑maintained grounds
Friendly staff available to assist during your stay
Accommodation Options
Whilst we offer many accommodation options, we find our Riverview and Riverview Deluxe cabins to be most popular with NDIS clientele.
Cabins (1, 2 & 3 bedroom)
Sleeps 1–7
Kitchen and private bathroom
Outdoor seating area
Air‑conditioning/heating
Riverview Deluxe 2 bedroom cabins
Ideal for participants who do not require accessibility features
Cabins are not fully wheelchair accessible or optimised for full-time mobility users.
Cabins are suitable for guests with limited or moderate mobility challenges who are comfortable navigating a few stairs. Hand-rails are in place.
Support Worker Accommodation
Most cabins are two bedrooms and can sleep your client in the main bedroom and the support workers in the second bedroom. We know that paying for two separate cabins is expensive and drains your client’s budget. We can provide separate accommodation options for support workers should that be required.
Support worker options include:
Low‑cost standard/budget cabins
Powered site (if preferred)
24/7 access
Located close to participant cabin
Clear nightly rate separate from participant costs
This ensures compliance with NDIS rules and makes planning easier for coordinators.
Accessibility Features
Our park includes a range of accessibility features to support safe and comfortable stays:
Accessible public bathrooms
Wide pathways throughout the park
Accessible parking near cabins
Quiet zones for sensory‑friendly stays

We were one of the families that had the misfortune to visit this lovely park the same weekend as y K review and have to say that we felt threatened to the point of having to call management at 11.30 pm. We had your spotlight pointed directly at us and lemons and other projectiles thrown at our family all because we politely asked for you to turn your music down. When the manager come over you became threatening and aggressive towards her to the point the police were called. She advised you to call it a night and go to bed and leave the park in the morning as you were clearly drunk. You continued to be abusive towards us and other guests while packing up and driving out of the park intoxicated. Once the police had arrived you had parked up out the front of the park and gone to bed thankfully. Your account does not in anyway reflect the events and how threatened we felt but appreciate the manager quickly responding to our late night call so we could enjoy the rest of our stay.

Last week, our whole family stayed here, using both a caravan site and a glamping tent.
We had a wonderful experience. The natural surroundings were beautiful, and the location was very convenient. We were a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but the toilets were well maintained, and the showers always had plenty of hot water.
We also had a lovely chat with Kim at reception. She was incredibly kind and warm, and her friendly service made us feel very welcome.
Our family will definitely be back for our next holiday, and we will happily recommend this place to our friends.
